  • FMT is a customized mix of modalities designed to work with your body to release tension at the level of the nervous system and not just work out tense muscles, but correct imbalances, increase mobility, decrease pain, and reduce stress.

  • Unwind is a customized session to help relieve stress, improve blood flow, and give you a reprieve from the hustle of daily life.

  • A combination of massage, somatic work, guided mediations, energy work, and more to help reintegrate your whole system.

  • a gentle technique that helps move lymph throughout the body to support detoxification, immunity, and increase relaxation.

  • Support detox pathways, reduce stress, support circulatory health, reduce pain and inflammation, and much more with a single session or a package add on to your bodywork session.

  • Herb Infused Oils, Guided Mediations and Breathwork, Sound Healing, Infrared Sauna, Herbal Foot Soak

  • 90 min Lymphatic Drainage Session and up to a 30 min sauna session
