In this 12-week support group, we’ll work together to help you deeply nourish yourself, reconnect to the parts of yourself lost along the way, and create a supportive community of mamas who are all looking to heal.
Each week will focus on a topic or topics that support you in different areas of your well-being, including deep nourishment, relationships, communication, rest, support, and more.
We’ll discuss regulating your nervous system, building resilience, and developing personal resources for the tough times, and we’ll create ways to reconnect with the playful, fun-loving parts of yourself.
I’ll guide you through practices that help you not only learn the information but embody the new way of being. And you’ll be a part of a beautiful community of mamas (or soon-to-be mamas) who are all on their healing journeys together.
The first 12-week cohort begins April 14th and ends July 14th. We’ll skip both Mother’s Day (5/12) and Father’s Day (5/16) so you can spend time with your family.
